Great care has been given on recovering every smallest nuance, for the conservation of the emotion of the “live” event. The harp in the solo pieces is at the center slightly moved to the right, about 3-4 meters form the listening point. The detail contained in the revival is able to design in a convenient way the space around the room recreating the atmosphere of the sound event.
The voice, in the pieces with the harp, is placed on the left and the harp slightly on the right in respect to the solo pieces. The sound scene results wide with the esecutors about 3 meters of distance from the listening point. The sound stage horizontally expands over the acustic speakers and vertically recreates the virtual dimensions of the wide recording area. Note how the sound of the harp always results concrete even on a low register with a body that we do not expect from an instrument which posseses a harmonic case with dimensions somewhat reduced. We have an example of this with the piece “Salzedo” in which the artists strikes the instrument with his hand. The vivid voice of the soprano is connotated by substantial dynamic excecutions, excellent trial bank for the system of riproduction. I believe that simplicity is the main characteristic which a recording must possess and in this cd everything was combined so as to obtain that result. I leave the verification up to the listener.
